Hi. In your writing about being contaminated by gluten you say that you have kombucha and yogurt but you also say you drink gatorade. Gatorade has modified food starch which is gluten. Just wanted to pass this along to you.

This can be a really convoluted issue, but from my research I have concluded this: By law, any US-produced food that contains wheat or wheat-derived ingredients must state as much, now that wheat is included in the “big seven” list of allergens. You are right, modified food starch is sometimes derived from wheat, and so products that are not made in the US that contain it may not be gluten-free.
